Cookie Policy
The cookies and browser storage we use, what they are for, and how you can control them.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This page is a plain-language summary of how the website uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1.What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let the site remember things between page loads — for example, that you are signed in. We also use browser local storage, which works in a similar way but keeps data in your browser rather than sending it with every request.
2.Strictly Necessary Cookies
These are required for the website to work and cannot be switched off through the site. They are set by our authentication provider, Clerk, when you sign in or create an account — for example the __session and __client_uat cookies. They keep you signed in, protect your account and protect against cross-site request forgery.
Because they are essential, these cookies are set without a separate consent prompt. If you block them, you will not be able to sign in or use your account.
3.Functional Storage
We use browser local storage to remember your display preference — specifically your choice of light or dark theme, stored under the key theme. This setting stays on your device and is not used to identify you or to track you across other websites. Clearing your browser storage resets it to your system default.
4.No Advertising or Analytics Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics cookies on this website. We do not sell or share your browsing behaviour with advertising networks, and we do not track you across other sites.
5.Third-Party Services
When we embed a map on our contact page or load a telehealth video consultation, the provider of that feature may set its own cookies or receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Those providers handle the data under their own policies. Our main integrations are:
- Clerk — authentication and account security.
- Daily — the video and audio used for telehealth consultations.
- Google Maps — the embedded map on our contact page.
6.Managing Cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies and site data through their settings. The exact steps differ between Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, so check your browser’s help pages.
Blocking or deleting the strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent you from signing in again. Clearing local storage will reset your theme preference.
7.Changes to This Policy
If we add, remove or change the cookies we use, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
8.Contact Us
